Chris ShawManaging Director
Chris co-founded the company in 2001 and has almost 20 years industry experience supplying IT hardware to companies and IT maintenance providers.

Mr Shaw has held various management and senior sales roles, starting off at DH Technology in customer service (now Axiohm), before ending up as the Repairs Manager. After this he moved to the IT hardware supply industry where he spent 5 years as a Senior Sales Person managing some of the biggest names in the maintenance sector, before helping to establish FLP Solutions.

He has a wealth of experience in system generation and modification and has always been interested in the operational and systemic side of business. Chris is married with a daughter and lives in Oakmere, Cheshire. He enjoys playing golf and swimming. He also likes to get away to the coast whenever he can.

Matt BoylinManaging Director
Matt co-founded FLP in 2001 after spending almost half his life in numerous sales roles in the technology and services sector bringing a well-rounded experience and industry knowledge. He now manages the business and focuses heavily on the sales operation dealing with many of the world’s major IT specialists and manufactures.

Whilst not plotting to rule the world Matt likes to spend time with his family. He enjoys Golf, Shooting and Mountain Biking with results best described as mixed… probably down to amount of red wine he drinks.

Andrew CartwrightBusiness Development Manager
Andrew has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years, starting out selling BBC Micro’s and Archimedes and shortly afterwards working for Digital(Pre Compaq and HP). Mr Cartwright has worked for some of the biggest distributors and IT Resellers over the years including Dabs and P&P. He has spent the majority of the last 15 years selling IT in to the Education market and has written a number of articles based on emerging Education Technology for Internet based publications over the years.

He moved over to FLP Solutions in September 2013 with a basic remit to increase their market share and continue their growth year on year.
